Mum & baby yoga is suited to beginner & experienced yoginis following the six-to-eight week postnatal check.
The baby-led Vinyasa-based class is built around safe modifications to support postnatal bodies, with special attention given to reengaging core, easing lower back, & soothing tight shoulders.
Each Carry Om Yoga mum & baby session is tailored according to how mamas are feeling physically & energetically on the day, & whether bubs are amenable to being incorporated into the practice through song & baby yoga.
Mums are welcome to stop at any time to care for babies. Where possible, Carry Om Yoga’s Natalie is happy to hold bubs or entertain them with scarves, jiggles, & funny faces so that you can concentrate on your yoga practice.
